Usually not. Most of what we install is wireless and made for existing homes, so your villa stays intact. Where wiring makes sense, for example in a new build or a renovation, we plan it upfront with you and your contractor.
Yes. NoorIQ integrates with most smart-ready TVs, AC units, and appliances. During your consultation, we'll confirm compatibility for your specific setup before anything is installed.
Turnkey villa projects start from AED 10,000. The final price depends on the size of the villa and the systems you choose. After the consultation you get a written fixed-price proposal, so there are no surprises.
We walk your family through everything, and one month of support is included. After that we stay your direct contact for support, changes and additions as your home evolves.
Most villas take a few days on site, depending on size. Our Düsseldorf villa, with more than 50 devices across 8 rooms, took three days. We agree the schedule upfront and walk your family through everything at handover.
Luana processes your commands and the home context needed to respond through Microsoft Azure. NoorIQ's operations and support staff can access service data. Our privacy policy explains access, storage and your rights.
